"...For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”   Rev. 19:10

The testimony is the spoken or written record of anything God has done.  The spoken or written record carries prophetic anointing.  Prophetic anointing has two primary functions.  It either changes present conditions and causes a supernatural invasion or it fortels future and sets the context for the unfolding of God's plan in the future.  It's either a present change in circumstance or future.
